Valenti’s Restaurant was established in April of 2000, formally known as Gene Pepe’s. Gene Pepe who handed down his signature recipes such as scampi, stuffed flounder and chicken cacciatore … all of which are still being sold today. Many of those recipes date back 50 years. Today, Mike along with is grandmother’s (Antoinette Ciampi) recipes such as gnocchi, meatballs, ravioli and various sauces form the back bone of Valenti’s menu that is known and loved today.
Valenti’s Restaurant is very family oriented with mom, dad, aunts, uncles, wife Mara and children keeping an atmosphere like every day is Sunday dinner. Valenti’s offers catering on premises Sunday and Monday for all occasions with a capacity of 35 to 70 people. Valenti’s is open for dinner Tuesday through Friday from 4pm until closing and Saturday from 5pm till closing.
